Terms of Service – Peer-to-Peer Marketplace Framework
This intermediate node coordinates the legal framework for utilizing the platform infrastructure. The regulations define the guidelines for autonomous trading between end-users, completely excluding the platform as a contracting party.
Global Preamble: The Platform as a Pure Infrastructure Provider
The use of this system operates under the strict premise that all interactions, intents, and data transmissions occur purely on a bilateral level. The system provides structuring tools (such as the client-side shopping cart system) but at no point influences the conclusion or fulfillment of contracts.
