Marketplace condition guide

These condition levels help sellers describe products consistently and help buyers understand what to expect before making contact.

Unused item in original condition. No visible wear, complete, and fully functional.

Very lightly used and almost indistinguishable from a new item. Minimal or no visible signs of use.

Clearly used, but very well maintained. Only small cosmetic marks, no relevant defects.

Normal used condition. The item works, but visible signs of use or minor wear are present.

Functional, but with clearly visible wear, aging, or small limitations that should be mentioned in the description.

Heavily used item with obvious wear. Still usable, but not in premium condition anymore.

The item still serves its purpose, but only with compromises. Strong wear, incomplete parts, or clear visual damage are possible.

The item is no longer fully functional or only suitable as spare parts / repair project. Defects must be stated clearly.
